We cut the recipe in half and still got two nice loaves!! It is really moist and delicious. I think these would be fun to make in cupcake size for a school party/event. Maybe even top with a little cream cheese frosting. So good and seriously way more fun than regular banana bread!!
Maddie loves to sing and dance.. Here she is doing the FUNFETTI!! She makes me laugh!!
