Day 338... Kids make it yourself pizza bar!!

Once or twice a year we do a pizza bar night. Tonight we tried a few new ones!!
Ready to create!!
We use flour tortilla's. They are easy to use and turn out thin and crispy!!
Carson decided to try a Stevie B's Creation!!
Kenna went with a Hawaiian.
Maddie was excited to pick fresh Basil from our garden. This was our garden special!!
Olive oil, garlic salt, mozzarella, tomato, Basil, and ham. It was Yummy!!
This was Carson's BLT pizza with ham.
A mayo base, mozzarella, tomatoes, ham, bacon. Bake then top with shredded lettuce.
We all loved it.
This was an old one from my first job. It is called a Taco Pizza.
Taco Sauce, Taco Meat, Chedder Cheese. Bake then top with
shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Yummy!!

It is a lot messier to make your own pizzas. However, it is something that I loved doing as a kid and still love to do. They taste so much better than store bought or even delivery. With fresh Basil and tomato in the garden this summer these will go on the bi-weekly menu. YUM!!
