Today we had a nature scavenger hunt at Lake Arrowhead.
The kids found a lot of them in ten minutes.. Pinecones, something furry, a smooth rock!!

Cammy got tired too!! Carson gave him a ride!! So cute. It is times like these when I wish that I had started having kids earlier so that they would have had the chance to be a big brother or sister to a much younger sibling. They love having a 3 year old to help. We had a really good time today, and are thankful for great friends!!

I’m glad they’re competitive in a good way, that after the game, they were there to help each other. :) Apart from helping physical and mental development, activities like scavenger hunting hone a kid’s values. Not to mention the appreciation for even the smallest things. :)
