A visit to a vineyard has been on the bucket list ever since the kids saw the remake of The Parent Trap, and recently the movie Letters to Juliet. Our budget didn't allow us to make a trip to California or Italy I wish, but we did manage today to check it off. We visited Grandma's local winery, Crane Creek, up in the mountains of North Georgia. The kids absolutely loved it. The scenery was the perfect backdrop for a fall picnic and a beautiful walk. Thanks Grandma for taking us to one of your local treasures. We had a great time.
Isn't Crane Creek THE BEST???!!! We are so glad we ventured out when we visited in July and found it - even if it was a rainy day then. It was romantic!
