Day 158... Talent Show and Bake Off.

Tonight our home school co-op had a talent night and bake off. Maddie entered the talent portion singing Mericful Jesus. She did a really good job on her song.

The kids also entered the bake off using their daddy's chocolate chip cookie technique. He coached them pretty well and they pulled off First Prize for Best Tasting dessert. Yeah Maddie, Jack, and Betty Crocker!! We tell everyone that they are not our cookies they are Betty's. The secret though is in the extra added ingredient, the mixing skill, and of course the baking. Seriously my husband has mastered it the way Betty Crocker intends it to be. :)

All the kids did such a great job. There was Science fun, ballet, Tin whistles, guitar, piano, Magic, singing, poems, and more. So fun!! Love that the kids can be part of such a great group of families!!

Our friend Elliot won first prize in the Healthiest division. Way to go Elliot!!

Maddie and Jack were over the moon at first place for Best Tasting. They did their daddy proud!!
